APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all before applying.
The main thing is that the surface you’re applying the decal to is clean. Not just visually clean, but CLEAN. This means no wax, dirt, moisture, ice, mud, bird....well, you get the picture. Use soap and water. NO GLASS CLEANER, it leaves a residue. Dawn works good. OK, now that that’s out of the way here’s your list. Oh, by the way, if you apply your decal to a drinking device, it won’t be dishwasher safe. You’ll have to hand wash.
1. After you have cleaned the surface (see above), dry it with a clean cloth.
2. Rub the surface with the alcohol pad. Dry again.
3. Remove the decal (the red-lined transfer paper and decal) from the backing paper and apply to the surface.
4. Now firmly rub the red-lined transfer paper with your thumb and then slowly remove it, ensuring that the decal is stuck to the surface.
5. Enjoy. How long will it last? Oracle 651 permanent vinyl has a 6 year durability rating.
6. To remove from glass you’ll need to scrape it with a razor blade and clean with glass cleaner. I’ve done it and it’s not that hard.
7 These are permanent decals. Use caution when applying to painted surfaces. Do not use a razor blade to remove from painted surfaces, google it for proper method.
